Travel: Paris Day 3

On Christmas Day we first visited le Sacré Coeur and Montmartre. There was a little Christmas market going on there.

We had a glass of wine there and then descended towards Place Pigalle where we had lunch at Omnibus Café. Just a Croque monsieur, really.

After that we took the metro to the Eiffel tower where it was insanely busy again. So we crossed the Seine to Trocadero where there was ... yes, a christmas market. ;-)

Then it was of course time for a coffee and afterwards we just walked along the Seine and then towards the Champs Elysées again where we took the metro to Centre Pompidou. 

Looked around in some shops there and then headed back to the hotel to freshen up for dinner. We had our dinner at Le Royal, a bistro near the Louvre. I took the salmon and my bf a steak, and we both enjoyed the food very much. Dessert was tiramisu. And a delicious one it was. 

Afterwards, we walked along the Seine until we reached Hotel de Ville, which is beautifully decorated for christmas.
