Hema Soft Eyliner is a wonderfully good felt tip eyeliner that holds a whole day without smudging, creasing, fluff, running, etc. You can draw very thin lines or thicker lines (you choose) and the result is just brilliant. The black is intense.
At this price, this eyeliner is almost too good to be true!
