- 1 whole egg
- 125 gr butter
- 150 gr of flour
- 125 gr of sugar
- 200 gr of chocolate (broken in bits)
- pinch of salt
Melt the butter in the microwave, then mix it with the sugar, the salt and the egg. Then add the flour and the chocolate bits. Mix well.
Put in fridge for an hour.
Then put on baking paper and put in pre-heated oven for 15 minutes at 175°C.
Mine had all sort of flown into each other so had to break them apart, making them look rough yet tasty.
