Nails: Red Carpet Manicure

I'm slightly nailpolish-obsessed (no? really?) and at the moment there's a trend of making gellish nail kits affordable/easy to buy.
Gellish is basically applying long last nailpolish by using special products and a LED light to cure the various layers until you have nails so neatly polished they'll last up to 3 weeks or even beyond!

I bought the Red Carpet Manicure kit on BeautyBay.com with a serious reduction. I paid 90 EUR for the kit, including one colour (red). If you go to have a manicure plus gellish, it's easily 30 EUR over here. For 1 visit. Just saying.
Plus I like to experiment with these things.

It's a lovely light shimmery summer shade that makes me think of beachy days and parties.

I'm a fan of Barry M's nailpolishes. They last days and days without chipping, they are cheap, they are vegan, they have great colours and are so glossy.
I bought this one some time ago but hadn't used it yet cause it's very summery and the weather was...well, not that summery.

I love Illamasqua. It's a daring brand that has some innovative colours and products. Plus the quality is just stunning.
I bought this 'speckled egg' nail polish shade Mottle (they have other shades as well).

Nails: Desigual n°3

The third shade of my Desigual nailpolishes is grey. Not silvery but proper normal grey.



As with the last shades, this one is again a nice texture. It's creamy and covers very well in two layers. I like the colour. it's low-key but striking.
I finished it with some platinum glitter by Orly on the top of my nails, french manicure style.
Then finished it off with my usual topcoat Seche Vite.

Nails: O.P.I. Tomorrow Never Dies

I bought this one from the James Bond Collection by O.P.I. when it was on sale on asos.com some time ago.
And man, I'm amazed!
Also, it's one of the shades that's the hardest to get right on a picture. I took a zillion photos with two different cameras and I still didn't manage to get the colour as it is.

Nails: Barry M - Blackberry

I tried my second colour of Barry M's fruitrelated gelly nailpolishes I bought some time ago.
Blackberry is a purple colour with a bit of blue in it. As with the bloodorange colour, this one is again very glossy and gives excellent cover.

This shade was part of the December Deauty Box.

Nails: Desigual n°2

This is the second colour I got for free with my Desigual order.
In the bottle, it looked like a rather *green* green colour (think christmas trees and such) but once on the nail, it has a shade of blue to it, which makes it a rather lovely colour.
