Cooking: Bruschetta


This is a dish I absolutely adore. It's simple, healthy and just so tasty!

Take a bruschetta and sprinkle it with olive oil.
I use a special baking plate with holes in it.






grill the bruschetta in the oven until it's nicely golden brown.



a jar of patè di pomodori

a selection of veggies to your own liking. I use a mushroom mix, tomato and courgette.
Slice it all up and bake the veggies. I use dried chilli pepper, himalaya salt and mixed pepper.

get the bruschetta out of the oven and put the patè di pomodori on it...a rather thick layer.



put the baked veggies on it and you are ready to go!
